This is a revision of the infamous BU StudentLink, a web-app used by Boston University’s large student population. It is disliked by many, if not most Terriers.

I wanted to make the site more functional, pulling data from many different parts of the BU web-community and sites that these students use. Currently, I show Facebook events, YouDo@BU, BU Webmail, BU StudentLink (including a course graph), etc.

Other things that could be added as widgets: BUniverse, BU Today articles, Job Listings, Quickie Jobs, Twitter, etc.

Perhaps students could select which widgets they have on their main page, and which they don’t - a CUSTOMIZABLE StudentLink.

(( One with a standard, clean white-to-grey background, and one with a background image that each person can change for their own page )).
